I loved this experience! I felt like it resonated perfectly with what I was going through in my life. Carlota was sincerely a beautiful, profound and professional presence that allowed the group to open up and share with each other in a vulnerable way. This brought so much richness and insight. Thank you so much for this experience and I will definitely want to do it again!
Let Your Life Speak
A 5-day conscious vacation to reconnect with yourself and your unique life purpose, in the tranquil Portuguese countryside.
Is there a more daring life waiting for you?
Do you feel you’re not living your most authentic life? Like you’re moving through your days half-awake—not entirely depressed, but not fully satisfied either?
We’ve been there. And that’s why we’re here: to invite you to turn down the volume of the outside world, listen to your intuition — and begin asking yourself the questions that matter most:
“Who do you want to be when you grow up?” And perhaps just as often, the same adults who asked this question also projected onto us their own expectations of who we should become.
The thing is: only you can truly know the life that wants to live through you. But to hear it, you have to listen — really listen — to yourself. And that’s not always easy in a world full of noise, demands, and “shoulds.”
Where we’ll offer our full hearts and lived experience to support you as you reconnect with yourself, remember your truth, and live more fully from it.
“Before I can tell my life what I want to do with it, I must listen to my life telling me who I am.”
Parker Palm
Think of this retreat as more than just a getaway
Yes, you’ll be in a beautiful place, eating nourishing food, moving your body, and meeting like-minded people — but at its heart, this is an opportunity to get to know yourself more deeply.
Over five days, we’ll weave together yoga, group sessions, and guided practices to help you:

The central question of my life has
always been: what makes us truly fulfilled, and how can we reach our full potential?
While studying Social Sciences at IE University in Madrid, I spent my last semester researching the global causes of mental health decline. At the same time, I began supporting women in Georgia—something I’ve been doing for more than five years—through sharing circles and honest conversations that create space for deep healing and liberation.
After university, I worked for three years in an international tech company in Madrid. From the outside it looked safe and successful, but deep inside I knew it wasn’t really my path. Leaving that job felt very risky, but I took the leap and after years of living abroad, I returned to my home country, Georgia, to fully commit to the journey of helping others.
Since then, my life has changed completely! In a short time I’ve built a community of more than 50,000 people across different platforms, sharing my personal growth journey, and I’ve had the chance to connect directly with over 100 individuals through my workshops and courses. This year, I created გარდასახვა—my signature program that welcomed 20 participants in its first round and is now preparing for the second.
At heart, I’m an entrepreneur—creating spaces, courses, and communities where growth feels real, raw, and accessible to everyone. And I can’t wait to connect with you and share my lived experience this October in Portugal.

I´ve spent the past years learning to listen more closely to the life that wants to move through me.
After graduating in Communication & Digital Media at IE University, I co-founded a conscious branding studio (and failed), then worked with one of Portugal’s leading retreat companies—where I learned about excellence, deep healing processes, and the truth that, for me, personal healing must walk hand in hand with radical social transformation.
A yoga student for almost a decade, I became a certified Integral Yoga teacher in 2021, a life philosophy I continue to share with joy. Today, I work as a freelance communicator to make space for what I feel most called to do: writing and podcasting—or in other words, researching what it means to be human.
Since 2020, I’m the author and host of Waking Youth, a multi-award-nominated podcast,
newsletter, and event organizer dedicated to exploring what it means to live into maturity more
wisely, as individuals and as a species. My writing has been featured in the anthology Entre o
Sono e o Sonho, and I’m currently working on my first novel, an inquiry into what it takes to love—
and live—beyond social conditioning and fear.
I feel honored and excited to go on this journey with you.
We met almost a decade ago as university roommates in a tiny town in Spain. Between pre-drinks, classes, and late-night conversations on our balcony, we began building a friendship rooted in honesty. Not the soft, sugar-coated kind, but radical honesty. The kind that calls you out when you’re off track, and just as quickly offers a hug and a glass of wine.

Since then, while many of our peers went on to follow more predictable 9-to-5 life scripts, we’ve each chosen to listen to the riskier callings of our hearts: Nata as an entrepreneur and life coach moving thousands of individuals to seek growth. Carlota as a writer and award-nominated podcaster researching life’s most essential questions.
Different as our journeys may be, they’ve always shared a common thread: a devotion to integrity. To asking deeper questions. To walking each step with intention—even when the way isn’t clear, especially then.
We’ve both had (still have) moments of self-doubt, disorientation and overwhelm. We know what it feels like to be out of sync with ourselves—living lives that, while more socially acceptable, felt inauthentic to who we’ve come here to be. That’s part of why we’re here: to share the frameworks, theories, and practices that have helped us reconnect with our inner compass. So that, together, we may continue carving paths that feel true and purposeful and alive.

If you feel called to join us, you’ll find more about the retreat program below. At its core, the experience is about learning to listen. Listening to the quiet intelligence of life. To our inner knowing. To the version of us that doesn’t need fixing—just space, patience, and trust to unfold.

Meet Your Chef 👨🏻🍳
Throughout the retreat, you’ll also get to know our chef, Fernando—whose cooking is a gift in itself. A true magician in the kitchen, he will lift our experience to another sensory level, nourishing us with flavor, creativity, and, we’re sure, great laughs and conversations.

Hey! I’m Fernando: a curious and passionate being, guided by love, truth, and playfulness.
I live for community, meaningful conversations, and exploring new ways of living that are in harmony with nature. Over the years, I’ve worked as an architect, group facilitator, host, coliving manager, gardener and cook, always drawn to spaces that cultivate connection, regeneration, and creativity. I’ve been told I bring a sense of home wherever I go; something I carry with care, especially when I’m cooking.
Food, for me, is joy, community, and celebration; but also a radical act. I believe it’s one of the most powerful tools for change we have. I love working with seasonal, local produce (extra points if I can harvest it myself!) and flowing with what the land offers. As Fukuoka says: “Food is humanity’s pathway to sanity.” Or in my words: “F*** the system, grow your own food!”
Lately, I’m diving deep into ecology, myths, and the unseen world. Let’s talk about regeneration, spirituality, systems change, or free love; really, anything that stirs the soul (especially the spicy or taboo stuff).
Can’t wait to share food, space, and presence with you.
